Another signature loaf and is none other than turmeric! Made with organic wheat and 2 different whole-wheat flours (soft and durum). I dry roast rolled jumbo oats with some poppy seeds and finish them off with a tiny bit of olive oil and turmeric before adding them to the bread.
The turmeric gives the bread a yellow color, a beautiful unique discreet taste and, besides it’s healthy factors, makes the crumb cakey soft.
