Made with organic wheat and 2 different whole-wheat flours (soft and durum), roasted organic rolled jumbo oats with some poppy seeds, a tiny bit of pure olive oil and organic turmeric.
The turmeric gives the bread a yellow color, a beautiful unique discreet taste and, besides its healthy factors, makes the crumb beautifully soft and yummy.
