My proud Cypriot moment! A sourdough organic wheat and whole-wheat loaf infused overnight with mahlep, original Chios mastic, cinnamon and anise seeds.  Topped with toasted black/white sesame seeds and nigella seeds (mavrokokos), baked after 2 days fermentation in the fridge. Based extensively on our traditional aromatic village koulouri with a different approach making things healthier. (Contains a bit of honey and olive oil)
