Tahini bread

My most popular recipe on Instagram!
Made with organic wheat and whole-wheat. The addition of dark tahini and a bit of maple syrup is simply gorgeous. It is NOT a sweet loaf nor a tahinopitta but flavor is incredibly beautiful - full and rich it tickles the taste buds. The tahini flavor is not overpowering but it’s there. It’s ideal for sandwiches and toasts but dip it in your ospria oil or have it with your salads and it will surprise you!

ingredients: organic wheat/wholewheat/tiny bit of rye, tahini, maple syrup, akamas salt, sourdough.
