This is a recipe made with almond flour and polenta.
its a sticky syrupy yummy orange cakey pie. In the center it has a layer of oranges marinated in syrup and that same syrup is reduced and dripped on the pie after it bakes. I’m not sure if you need a fork or a spoon to eat it because we slice and use our hands 🤷🏻♀️😂
It was a grainier texture from the luck of flour (both almond and polenta are gluten free).
Ingredients: almond flour, polenta, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, oranges, homemade orange paste, cardamon, baking powder, rose water, molasses, orange liqueur.
