Fruit loaf (v)

You will never believe that this is a loaf without sugar and without any dairy/eggs/fats. It’s a healthy, delicious, fragrant loaf which gets all its beautiful flavor from the spices and the wine soaked dry fruits.

Ingredients: flour (wheat/wholewheat/rye), sourdough, akamas salt, spices (cinnamon/cloves/ star enise/ginger), dry fruits (no sugar) :currants, raisins, sultanas, candied orange, apricot, figs, red wine
