Rye/wholewheat

A rich, deeply flavored loaf which got a very generous feedback from many of you. Quite unique if I dare say and truly loved by my other half 😊

Same size as all my loaves but looks a big smaller because of the high percentage of rye and wholewheat. It pairs beautifully with everything and im really hoping you ll like it as I truly believe it deserves a place on the menu.

ingredients : organic flours - wheat/rye/ wholewheat, barley malts, akamas sea salt and sourdough. Long fermentation/no yeast.
