Mama’s favorite

Of all my bread this is my mom’s favorite. An amazing white loaf made with organic white spelt, semolina, wheat and only very little whowheat.  Extra soft with a silky texture and a discreet touch of natural sweetness and a thinner crust from the addition of some mashed roasted pumpkin!

ingredients: organic wheat /white spelt/semolina/wholewheat (all contain gluten) fresh homemade pumpkin purée, akamas sea salt, sourdough, a bit of local olive oil.
