Mama’s favorite

It’s the pumpkin season!

Of all my bread this is my mom’s favorite. An amazing white loaf made with organic white spelt, semolina, wheat and only very little whowheat.  Extra soft with a silky texture and a discreet touch of natural sweetness and a thinner crust from the addition of some mashed roasted pumpkin!

ingredients: organic wheat /white spelt/semolina/wholewheat, fresh homemade pumpkin purée, akamas sea salt, sourdough, a bit of local olive oil.
