Prunes, red peppercorns

I ve made this loaf a few times just for us! I call it my “adults only” zone 😂. I use premium quality red peppercorns and they are a mile apart from what you can find at the grocery’s.

They burst with a sweet peppery flavor (not spicy, not hot but pleasingly flavorful and strong). The prunes are the balance of sweetness to the pink pepper and they are, to me, the obvious combination.

Not sure how it will go down with you but so very curious to see how you like it.

Ingredients (allergens in bold): wheat/wholewheat, buckwheat, sourdough, no sugar dry prunes, red Peppercorns, akamas salt and water.
