Porridge loaf

This is a dreaded loaf in the baking word as porridge adds moisture in the dough making it tricky and sticky to handle. At the same time the porridge does wonders not only as it brings out beautiful flavors but it makes a super soft loaf with a much thinner crust. 

In all certainty I know that this loaf will be loved. 

ingredients : organic wheat and wholewheat and a very tiny bit of rye, porridge, salt, sourdough.

Porridge is made with organic oats  a bit brown butter and honey.
