Paximadia

Not all paximadia are created equal and there is no one perfect way to make it and there are sooo many variations of these, but I had to come up with a sourdough version or else it wouldn’t be me! Crunchy without being too hard, crumbly in all the best ways, and super flavorful with an orange, cinnamon, cardamon boost without being too sweet!
