Porridge loaf

A triple oat I could call it 🙂 : a bit of homemade oat flour, oats in the porridge and cracked oats on top! Does it get any healthier! I only use organic oats. 

I use peanut butter and local olive oil for a beautifully soft crumb. A tiny bit of honey is added in the porridge to complement it.  
It’s a healthy choice and a delicious  soft loaf. 

Ingredients  : organic wheat/wholewheat/oat flour, pure peanut butter, organic jumbo rolled/cracked oats, a bit of local raw honey and olive oil, akamas salt, sourdough.

DAIRY FREE. No yeast. Long fermentation
