WW soft Pullman

A soft wholewheat loaf for our tin loaf collection. Made with organic wheat and wholewheat a bit of raw local honey, peanut butter and extra virgin olive oil following the tangzhong method for a softer crumb. Topped with roasted organic millet (κεχρι) which not only add crunchiness but lots of flavor too. It’s a wonderful everyday loaf, ideal for your everyday meals, toasts or sandwiches. 

Ingredients: organic wheat and wholewheat (both contain gluten), sourdough, local raw honey, peanut butter, freshly milled roasted wheat malts, local olive oil, millet, water, salt.

Tangzhong is the method followed to make a paste of flour slow cooked in water which causes the starch to galatinize and hold moisture when baked. This improves the texture of bread by adding softness.
