A big wholemeal sourdough tin loaf (over a kilo in size) made exclusively with rye and whole-wheat flour. High in protein and fiber, delicious and filling!
For the muesli I use organic jumbo oats, almonds, roasted hazelnuts, raisins/sultanas, apricots, coconut flakes and mixed seeds (pumpkin/sunflower/flaxseed).
The loaf is dairy free and has a bit of honey/maple syrup.
