Muesli Power loaf

A wholemeal hearty baby tin loaf made with freshly milled organic rye and whole-wheat flour and wheat sourdough starter. 
For the muesli I use organic jumbo oats, almonds, roasted hazelnuts, raisins, cranberries, coconut flakes and seeds (pumpkin/sunflower/flaxseed) and it is topped with organic cracked oats 

The loaf is dairy and yeast free and has a bit of honey. 

ingredients (allergens in bold): organic rye and wholewheat, wheat starter, water, akamas salt, local raw honey, organic oats (jumbo and cracked, seeds/fruits/nuts as mentioned above.
