I ‘ve been testing obsessively with pure kefir and we love the end product! A soft bread with a thinner crust. Flavor is creamy, beautiful and sourness is perfectly balanced with no aftertaste kick.
Topping it with sesame brings out a gorgeous flavor. The crumb is less open but softer. Can’t wait to hear your feedback.
Ingredients (for allergens see bold) : Organic wheat, wholewheat, rye, sourdough, kefir, akamas salt, sesame and water.

The biggest nutritional difference between yoghurt and kefir is that kefir contains more probiotics. While yogurt also contains some probiotics, kefir is more potent and helps improve digestion and gut health.
