Granola

Organic oats are roasted with local raw honey, organic Canadian maple syrup and a bit of pure coconut oil! The addition of sourdough not only adds flavor but acts as a binder as I’m keeping my honey/maple on the low side since I don’t like an overly sweet granola! You can always add extra honey when you eat it. 

Roasted with a generous amount of nuts and seeds and topped with plenty dried fruits. I keep it in chunky clusters - as I like to nibble on it 🤫😊 - and it’s so easy to just break it down if you prefer.  

I DO NOT add butter or sugar which makes it super healthy and nutritious 

each bag is about 400g and the ingredients are : organic oats, honey, maple syrup, coconut oil, seeds: chias/pumpkin/sunflower/flax, almonds, pistachios, coconut flakes, raisins, cranberries, dry strawberries (no sugar), apricots (no sugar), pinch of akamas salt, sourdough, five spice, ginger powder, cardamom, cinnamon, pure vanilla
