Not to be confused with eliopita! This is a big bread log (sourdough of course) made with wheat and whole-wheat flour filled with plenty of olives, my homemade sun dried tomatoes, fresh coriander, fresh and dry mint, lemon zest olive oil and it is topped with sesame seeds. It’s a yummy loaf for the olive lovers (me being (seriously!) one of them!) 😉

 No dairy/no yeast/ long fermentation- vegan
