Baby wholemeal

A new version of our 100% wholemeal bread. No white wheat and no honey as many of you requested.

Another super healthy combination of 3 organic high protein and low gluten wholemeal flours - spelt, 2 types of wholewheat, and rye.  
It’s a baby 600 gr loaf in weight.  A more dense loaf but yet equally soft and easy to slice, with an incredibly rich flavor. 

  Ingredients: sourdough ( rye), organic flours: /wholewheat/spelt/rye, barley malts, water and akamas salt.
