Rustic Scandinavian

A complicated process bread with a mature, full flavor. The organic rye flour is scalded with hot water and allowed to cool overnight for extra depth of flavor and texture (though the oven rise is a bit compromised). Roasted malts pure malted barley syrup are added for their extra kick and because rye really loves malts!
An amazing rich flavor bread which ranks high on my list.

Ingredients: Organic Wheat and rye, sourdough, water, salt and pure malted barley syrup and roasted crushed malt.
