Quinoa bread

One of my unique ones and it’s been a while I haven’t made it.
An easy everyday loaf with organic wheat and freshly milled whole-wheat and quinoa flour. Organic red and black  cooked quinoa is also added in the loaf and the result is subtle, earthy and beautiful!
The quinoa flavor is not overwhelming but it is there and its addition makes this loaf super soft.

ingredients: organic wheat, wholewheat, and quinoa flour, organic quinoa (black and red), sourdough, akamas salt, water
