Rugbrot

Proud to present my new Rugbrot again. I am so thankful for all the feedback I got from you guys!
A loaf made with only wholewheat and rye. A dense texture bread based on a Danish recipe enriched with rye grains and seeds which are soaked in ale/beer to achieve rich malty notes which compliment the natural sweetness of the roasted seeds.
