From my garden’s orange tree!
Not the most popular jam but those who like it love it! Undoubtedly the absolute king of flavor and my absolute favorite. The mild bitter sweet flavors from the oranges are a flavor bomb to the taste buds!
The “faffiest” jam to make as I use the ring (skin) as well as their flesh (after pitted) and their juice!
ingredients: oranges, fresh lemon juice and sugar
