Borodinsky

A strong unique small loaf made 100% wholemeal flours (organic rye, wholewheat and spelt)) - it is beautifully scented with crushed coriander seeds. The addition of organic molasses and dark malt makes this bread very different and very popular to the lovers of dark loaves.

The process is quite an elaborate one and involves scalding the flour to bring out its flavor and 3 stages of fermentation for all the beautiful health benefits. It’s a small size loaf (500-600 gr) and keeps well for days.
